Keeping up-to-date personal notes on clients so that information can be quickly brought up when you get those out of the blue phone calls. It also stores all email correspondence, word documents, pdf’s etc neatly filed under the correct prospect file ready to find when you need them.

If there has ever been any problem, the technical service staff have been excellent and always patient with me. They always answer the phone straight away and quite often will give me a few extra tips on how to get the best use out of Logical Office.
