With Logical Office’s built-in SALES LEDGER you can raise bills in seconds in a currency of your choice and send them rapidly as PDF attachments.

Bills can be edited using Ms-Word. Finding old bills is easy because they’re all part of the client history. Unpaid bills are chased automatically to improve cash flow without manual effort.

Logical Office does not handle monies held for clients, so is more suitable for sole practitioners who don’t need a full accounts program, or firms who don’t need this requirement.

Keeps in touch with your clients

Once the case is over, lawyers tend to move on to the next one, and often lose touch with clients.

This may result in lost business, as old clients may need new services and may have even forgotten who helped them before e.g. conveyancing matter, or divorce/house sale.
